there is a saying that All wars are bankers wars. macron is so intent on ww3, it makes me wonder if the european financial structure is in such bad shape, they need a victory over russia to survive. access to the trillions in natural resources in russia to save the european banks.

Just have Russia cut off all oil and LNG via the pipelines to Europe. If France believes that the only way this ends is total victory for Ukraine, be proactive and crush the European economy now before they try to buy borrow or steal enough armaments to arm the Ukraine and what ever force they think need to guarantee a Ukrainian victory.

Yes, go back in history and add up all the times that European powers have invaded Russia and then add up how many times Russia has invaded Europe.
