Was this a county that saw Democrats swap to R during the primaries so that they could vote for Nimrata?

Worth noting this county is just SW of Scranton.
Also, if this is an indicator of other non-metro counties in PA AND these are newly registered (or "stale") voters it is indeed a significant impact.
Trump lost to "Scranton Joe" by 80k in 2020 (about 1.2%).
