bullshite. Attitudes like this are why I said it was beyond repair.

What’s bullshite and what’s my attitude? Louisiana doesn’t have a separate criminal appellate setup. The circuit courts are incredibly backed up. Basic civil issues take months and months.

I imagine it’s the same everywhere.

So there’s no reason to fix the system because the system is broken? That attitude is what’s bullshite.

No, I’m saying just making everything magically wrap up in 12 months isn’t realistic. Unless you’re wanting an entire separate judicial system for criminal appeals and post conviction, which would be expensive.

They already have a statutory 2 year period to apply for post-conviction relief to begin with.

States with law of parties have some very iffy executions that have been carried out and some on the way.

The Texas 7 has 2 guys remaining. Only 1 person killed the officer.

Someone doesn’t know the difference between a law schools encyclopedia and the actual state/federal statutes that define crimes.

Why does it matter if he is a high profile CEO?

And let's be honest, your average person had no clue who the guy is. High profile is someone like Musk or Bezos. Not this dude. You probably wouldn't know his name without having to look it up.

With what we know, his intent seems to have been to "send a message" and terrorize other CEOs and citizens (i.e. domestic terrorism). He had no reason to be personally angry with a CEO of a company.

Obviously fixing the system will require burning the existing one to the ground. The existing one is designed to do exactly what it’s doing

It's not. You seem to not know your Bible very well.

God is the one who created us, imbued us with inherent value, and He reserves the right to do with His creation as He wills. We do not have the right to do whatever we want to others, which is why we are not to murder, steal, etc.

He's already spoken. Read your Bible.

apparently he's pretty popular at the jail he's being held at (not in that way, sickos haha) i guess he's a folk hero among inmates. stuff like inmates giving him haircuts inside, also all the inmates yelling "free luigi" to the News Nation reporter etc. i think he won't have to worry as much as a normal inmate.

How so? The WORST? Worse than murderers? Worse then pedos? How are evangelicals "seriously the worst people in the world"? Be specific.

Also you...
