Yes.

Health & Human Services.

The Secretary of H&HS oversees the FDA, CDC & the NIH.

Hell no. We need him in congress.

Massie’s voice would certainly be missed. Yet after the COVID-1984 crisis, it has become clear that unelected, career bureaucrats have more power than a single congressman. Massie may have more of a lasting impact heading one of these bloated Federal bureaucracies.

Maybe now we can stop subsidizing hundreds of thousands of acres of corn to just burn up for shitty fricking ethanol fuel.

I'd would guess yes. At least temporarily.

You are the 2nd person to negatively respond to this suggestion. I’m no special pleader for Tulsi Gabbard and I am in no way wedded to the idea but what would be your objection?

Why Gabbard for DoD?!?! Based on what, her military service? If that's the criteria, let's tap DeSantis.

I fear we're fawning too much over her. There will probably be a place for her in the administration, but surely not at defense. Both Secretary of State and Defense need to be strong, take-no-prisoners types who can quickly restore world respect for the US.

Why not?

She is a non-interventionist, and she is smart and tough as nails.

How about Chuck Jacoby or Jay Hood.

There are any number of Conservative Four Star Generals out there. First we gotta get the Right guy in place ... then purge the woke three and four star Generals and Admirals.

Gates leases his farmland to local farmers. It’s just an investment.

This is an exaggerated controversy.

The ag industry gets a lot of government largesse. They would not be happy with Massie.

I don’t want a woman running the military, for starters. And I don’t want someone that was left wing 5 minutes ago.

I want someone that will maximize the lethality of the military and end it being a social experimentation program.

I would think Mike Flynn would be a great candidate for that position.
