Just like I have no way of knowing that it did have an effect

No, you already stared you know that a recent termination was the cause of this incident.

Please explain what termination specifically would have prevented this incident.

ATC did their job. They advised the helicopter.

It's hard to identify particular aircraft types at night. My guess is that Helo pilot called visual on wrong aircraft and didn't realize he was headed for incident jet:(

Airplane at 400ft, helicopter should have been lower at 200ft or below

My car tells me when I’m approaching someone too quickly and beeps like a motherfricker and slows down. Does a military helicopter not have some kind of warning system?

Well Tucking Tail has stated very matter of fact that a recent termination caused this incident and I would like for them to explain to us specifically what termination would have prevented this.

When political decisions potentially directly lead to tragic, destructive events in society, it is our duty as citizens to speak out against those policies for the betterment of society.

It is tragic and it is incredibly unfortunate that the conversation needs to be had, but it does need to be had

Exhibit A.

JFC You act as though you have knowledge that no one else does. Please provide the direct link that you have. People have zero knowledge of what happened but yet feel compelled to try to link events to score political points.Truly sad and pathetic people.

It should but sometimes people turn them off or lose thought of the noise in the moment.

I was wondering about this. Why would they even be on the same travel plane? (Or plane of travel)

From the video it looked like the jet was on approach to land and the BlackHawk ran into the jet. There was an explosion

On radio you can hear the ATC ask the Blackhawk if they have sight of the jet. Obviously they did not

Should not have helicopters crossing the approach path to land should not have military helicopters at public airport
