But they'll arrest a Maga hat wearing Trump supporter for jaywalking. They'll charge them w/ a felony - indecent exposure (apparel) while in the commission of committing a crime, and throw them under the jail.

So at least 7 “departments”? Can we get a list?

Why was Ray Epps on video, in a MAGA hat, telling people to storm the Capitol, and then he was the only person who wasn’t prosecuted, vigorously defended by the media, and doing 61 minutes interviews?

Good lord, man!

An Arizona man at the center of the Capitol attack’s most persistent conspiracy theories was sentenced Tuesday to a year of probation for his role in the Jan. 6, 2021, riot.
Ray Epps, 62, pleaded guilty in September to one count as part of a deal with Justice Department prosecutors. He admitted to engaging in disorderly or disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds after storming the Capitol.
Prosecutors requested six months in prison for Epps, who they said engaged in a “rugby scrum-like group effort” to shove past police officers.
“Even if Epps did not physically touch law enforcement officers or go inside of the building, he undoubtedly engaged in collective aggressive conduct,” the government wrote in its sentencing memo.
However, several “distinctive and compelling mitigating factors” set Epps’s case apart from other rioters’ cases, prosecutors said. They noted Epps turned himself in two days after the riot and attempted to de-escalate conflict between law enforcement and rioters at least five times that day.

You definitely didn't watch the piece.

I watched the propaganda piece when it came out. It was bullshite then and it’s still bullshite now.

People were literally chanting “fed, fed, fed” at the time of the video. Everyone knew then.

The Only people who believe he wasn’t a Fed plant are you and SFP.

They want the rioters to have more freedom. The immediate area will be well protected like it was in 2017, but the outer edges of the inauguration will probably be filled with woke rioters causing chaos. Rioters did create chaos on jan 20 2017, but it wasn't overwhelming because i guess a lot of smaller departments kept the rioters in smaller areas to destroy shite.

They probably hoping the rioters this time are able to break away from the edge, and start shite with the actual crowd of inauguration attendees.

1) You said Epps sued FoxNews because they slandered his now guilty arse

2) And your link clearly says he was there on Jan 6. Which you claimed he wasnt

So you lie expecting not to get called out. Then provide your own links to prove your lie? Interesting strategy one would say

You're fricking retarded at this point if you still believe the J6 narrative. It has been proven to be bullshite. But let me guess you actually think it was worse than 9/11 and Pearl Harbor combined. Yet only one motherfricker died and she was on the "opposing," team. You should stfu, grow up, and quit being a parrot of bullshite. Maybe one day you will have a thought of your own but today is not that day. Go to reddit.

1) He sued Fox News for the FBI plant conspiracy.

2) He was nowhere close to getting insdie the building.

3) Ray Epps is still an idiot. And so are you.

What really happened then? A highly-organized group of FBI agents and their plants, all with incredible persuasive powers (almost like Jedis), strategically corralled and coerced 2,000 people to do what they want and go exactly where they wanted – like cattle or some shite? You are a sheep.

^^^ Did the Feds whisper in this guy's ear to beat the hell out of a cop with a hockey stick and stomp on him? Like a Jedi?

One more reason to get a big chunk of the Government out of DC

Most were vague with their reasons for skipping this year’s inauguration, but one department confirmed in an email that it was because of a dispute over a memorandum of understanding (MOU), or agreement between departments, with MPD.

It wouldn't surprise me if the MPD tried to push all the liability onto the assisting police departments and prevented them from being involved in arrests & crowd control. In other words they just wanted them for show with no substance.

No the persuasive powers according to several of the defendants' legal teams were actually fueled by the Government's use of active denial systems on the crowd. The ADS when misused by Governments in the past has caused groups to panic or fuel anger/aggression which escalates the crowd into acting in a violent manner. These are different from LRADS (Long range acoustic devices) which are used successfully to disperse crowds by emitting a high pitched sound which deters crowds from gathering.

The issue of whether ADS were used is pending right now in numerous Jan. 6th cases. Numerous defendants' legal teams have filed motions for discovery requests on the use of ADS during Jan 6th which are pending. The government has objected to the discovery requests.

You’re all viewing this completely wrong. These departments aren’t taking some stand against Trump. Nobody wants to have anything to do with DC Police. They’re not going to send their men into DC to be fricked should something happen.

It’s the same reason nobody but shitty little agency are willing to help NOPD during Mardi Gras.

I am curious if the real reasoning is because of not wanting to help Trump or if they don't want to work with Metro or possibly not get caught up in whatever shite show the the Deep State tries to pull again

This has nothing to do with Trump. It is some kind of dispute between MPD and the other agencies.

probably a couple of connected issues with the fact it being Trump exacerbating it...

- pay: who's going to pay those departments working out of their jurisdiction. A very common issue but I can see DC Metro, because Trump, refusing to pay to manufacture the problem.

- CaC: Probably arguing over command and control; who's in charge. Nearby LEO are probably do not trust DC CaC and don't want their officers under them. They don't have the best reputation. Again, because Trump, there is probably the additional concern, exacerbating the issue, that if something critical/non-normal would happen DC CaC would intentionally place other jurisdictions in a predicament to shift blame (see USSS blaming Butler PD).

- Drain on resources. DC contantly sucks resources from around them, they are probably tired of it.

I’m not surprised.
