There is like 8,000 DC Guard, plus DC and Baltimore police, and VA and MD state police, not to mention the dozen or so federal law enforcement agencies involved in security. We'll be ok without Who Gives a shite, Maryland's police department.

You definitely didn't watch the piece. He was telling all of the dorks to go inside the Capitol Building on January 5th and wasn't anywhere near the getting inside on Jan. 6.
Again, why would he sue Fox News? Wouldn't that increase the chances that "his cover would be blown" and "everyone would find out the truth."

a) FoxNews settled another election slander lawsuit without even going to discovery

2) A judge dismissed a defamation lawsuit that Ray Epps brought against Fox News, bringing the yearlong legal battle to a close.
