It's so great to not approach US foreign policy from the destructive perspective of Cultural Marxism and Identity Politics. This is a wise and constructive approach that will be appreciated across the Sunni world.

A speech befitting a room of that grandeur. This Trump is the impressive man his supporters fell in love with. Hopefully, he'll learn to ignore the fake media and stay in this mode.

As much shite as I give Trump, that was an amazing speech. Why can't he do this more? He's got those small brilliant moments, and this was one of them. Finally someone with the balls to say what needs to be said to their fricking face.

One of the best speeches I have heard - from anyone. Perhaps the rhetoric was not "soaring" but the message was clear - and desperately needed.
WELL DONE MR. PRESIDENT!!!!!
I immediately flipped to CNN and the first words I heard were "echoing President Obama's speech in Cairo" and then they went to a discussion panel and the first comment was "remedies all military - didn't address the broader problem" - I abandoned them before I could find out what the 'broader problem' even was.
CNN = garbage.

A fine speech.
Leveled, specific, and strong.
I particularly liked that he pointedly (and strategically) listed several Arab nations--by name--for the roles they're playing in helping to fight extremists.
I'm sure hearing their country's names highlighted in that manner was a boost to their egos.
