I said he looks as tired as I've ever seen him. I stand by that statement.
As for the rambling comments, I didn't say it, and I don't necessarily agree with it. But his introduction to this subject matter was a bit non-cohesive. Granted, I think that was all intentional, he wanted to keep people guessing on where this PC was headed.
