Federal warrant presented to Liberty for entry code.
Wrong. They only presented a warrant to search the premises and your comparison is a false equivalency as the bank has full control of the lock boxes in the bank's safe that people rent whereas Liberty Safes are sold through resellers to end-user clients. In most cases, Liberty Safes does not have a direct client relationship with the owner of the safe. The only reason for Liberty Safes to be involved is with a court order, and even then, they should fight it.

What's your source for this? It seems most information is being peddled on YouTube and Twitter at this point.

The difference in this and Bud Light is that the vast majority of people mad about this couldn’t afford a Liberty safe to begin with.

Are you suggesting that this company was under some implied obligation to defy a valid warrant?

How odd.

Assuming that they were served with a valid warrant, do you have anything resembling legal authority to support this statement?

Liberty was named in the warrant? I missed that, how odd. Your mental illness is progressing.

From here on in the first question potential safe purchasing people will be asking the seller is whether there is a 'back door' to the safe. It it is, they won't buy it. Period.

Liberty apparently should change their name.

I think AH supports the Rule of Law, albeit like the Dems, manipulating the fine print (obviously Constitutionally corrupt Judicial 'interpretations') to rationalize and justify blatant Unequal Justice abuse.

The power of 'Law' only exists to the degree that the people who believe in its Just principle, willingly accept and embrace its rule. Otherwise, it's herding cats. Cats with big claws.

The Left is going to drop the Digital Currency/ESG bomb soon; it's their only play to dodge a meltdown wherein the rural populous goes rogue. The Urban group already has, and will get worse as the economy crumbles via inflation and money printing.

This situation is different than the Apple situation.

Liberty already had the means to get into the safe, whereas the govt was trying to compel Apple to build a backdoor into their software which didn't exist.

Both are wrong, but not exactly apples and apples.
