Let just be honest on why Republicans deny climate change

If climate change is real, that means more regulation on pollution which means a shift away from fossil fuel production. I wish Republicans would just grow a pair and admit "we're ok with pollution if it creates jobs" rather than denying it exists altogether.
ETA: I'm talking about human contribution to climate change

I’ll admit to climate change if Democrats admit that abortion is murder.
Clear as mud isn’t it?

Why do you morons always come out of the woodwork every time there's a hurricane?

I don't deny it. I just don't understand why it means America has to pay more than any other country towards it and why we need to tax hard working Americans more than they already do because it exist.

Who denies climate change? Libs love their wordings. The earth’s climate constantly changes. We’re actually in a cool period. You’d think “the party of science” knew a little bit about science.
Man made climate change and the need to tax the crap out of everyone to “fix” it is nonsensical.

I don’t think most people would deny the climate changes - I think the “deniers” are those backed into a corner when served with the only solution being taxing the shite out of the American middle class.

My climate changes every few months. Next month will probably be cooler and this February I'm predicting chilly weather.

Why would anyone admit to a false narrative you made up in your head?

Most do not deny climate change. Climate change is a real thing. It happens naturally. Man made climate change is nonsense.
However, we should be seeking renewable energy and moving away from fossil fuels because 1) renewable energy is a net good for society and 2) fossil fuels are finite so we will have to do this eventually anyway.
Progressives pretend to cry about man-made climate change. It is a smokescreen for global welfare.

muh global iceage
muh acid rain
muh ozone hole
why would progressives just be honest & admit this is just another scare tactic used for wealth redistribution disguised as a 'hug' for mother earth.

As Dennis Miller adroitly stated, "we'll find an alternative energy source the second the last drop of oil is squeezed out of the ground."
We should have nuclear plants operating in every state but the environmentalist's faction of the DNC says, no.

Are we talking pollution or climate change?
This country has never been cleaner, air, water, etc
The problem is there is no healthy medium with progressives. So yes, we must resist.

Then why would Republicans not admit, "I'm ok with pollution and contributing to climate change if it means I don't pay more in taxes?" Denying it exists seems like a stupid way of arguing against taxes.

I don't think "republicans" or anyone else is denying "climate change". Not me, for sure. The climate has been changing since the beginning of this planet.
Dinosaurs and massive vegetation existed during the world's highest greenhouse gas levels which had nothing to do with humans. And the last ice age 12k years ago was accompanied by a significantly lower amount of atmospheric greenhouse gases. We had nothing to do with that either.
Do we affect it? Sure we do, to some extent. But if you want to get all sanctimonious about it, blame countries like China, that don't regulate shite. Not countries like the USA that work every day on lessening the carbon footprints of individuals, groups and corporations.
Half of what my job entails deals directly with DEQ and Homeland Security regulations. I know what we do, how good it is to do it, and that we regulate ourselves more than the government does. Fact.

I'd love to hear how you, personally, are qualified to make this assertion.
