Everyone in the Biden administration was unqualified to serve in government. Why should she be any different just because she was a judicial nominee at the time and went through a different process. She was still selected by team Biden and he put her up for nomination. If Biden or anyone else that served in his administration ever did anything right it was by accident.

Again, this was my point in my earlier post.
Anyone can say a justice is qualified (or not), because there literally are no legal qualifications.
There is no point in the American Bar Association reviewing her professional qualifications in order to deem her qualified, because none of those professional qualifications or achievements are required for the job.
It's a meaningless thing to say.
She's no more or less qualified than a 2 year old, a woman who has been in a coma for ten years (and is still unconscious), a guy who has been dead a similar amount of time, a 15 year old high school dropout, a felon on death row, a homeless junkie with a 5th grade education, or Vladimir Putin.
Any of those people are "qualified" to be a SC Justice. The law prohibits none of them from occupying the position. If you get the appointment and can get the votes, that's the only qualification that counts.

I've done as much as I possibly can to understand her opinions or rulings, but they're almost nonsensical. Even her fellow judges who are forced to find some common ground with her are sometimes in a tough boat.
I cannot believe this person is a supreme court justice. And the real kicker is that she'll be in office for probably the next 30 years.
