Semantics...

Doloff instigated not protected.

You can't attack and instigate and claim protection.

Charged as murderer by investigation for all above.

Doloff is in my opinion a culpable expenditure by 9news who by design hired a hot gun to create a fictional account.

They have the resources to hire real agents...

You know this?

It's why I have drills in my training where a draw doesn't result in firing the weapon. Too many instructors hammer home the point that if you draw, you fire. That's foolish, in my opinion. That's how you get situations like this, where touching the front of his shirt meant that a headshot was the only path his brain would take.

I agree with all of that, and as I said from the beginning in one of my posts, it wouldn't have been a big deal to me, if Dolloff pulled his pistol, and walloped Keltner on the head with it. He didn't need to shoot him.

If the dooshbag ginsburg got an Arlington cemetery spot this Vet-Patriot should be burried on top of her.

Just more fuel thrown on the fire.

Lawyer went to his notes at the very end and added that Zack had to go into hiding because of death threats.

From what I've seen, he did just that.

Didn't he?
He stayed roughly parallel, to the left shoulder of Newman. He did not make any attempt to shield him. He was solely focused on the shot.

He wasn’t training to protect.

Looked like he had moved to intercept Keltner after hearing him tell Newman he was going to frick him up, and then became focused on the threat and nothing else.

Not completely terrible...poor or inadequate training yet again, I believe.

Is it really that amazing that Helen and Newman/Dolloff got caught in the same frame (NOT engaging one another) a few times?
Except when it mattered

Moments before and less than a hundred yards from the fatal encounter.

He was trained to draw his weapon and put an effective hit on target as quickly as possible. We don't know the full extent of what he was training to do.

I'd like to see that from whoever employed him.

If you believe he had any formal training, yes. Discovery will show that he had little or none. He owned a company, Dolloff Arms LLC, but did not keep it active.

But we can see that he sure practiced close quarter draw, aim and shoot techniques.

But hey, Pinkerton says he was sub-contracted through a third party company that they will not identify and 9News say they contracted through Pinkerton for an unarmed guard.

Dolloff moved 2 big steps to his left to avoid the mace, and left Newman wide open. You can see this by looking at the shadow of double fence posts where it crosses the dark gray streak in the stamped concrete.

It seems very possible that he did at some point. If not, inadequate it is.

Wonder who this sub is...

was it even 100 yards from the rally to the site of the shooting? The whole thing seems pretty compact.

No one wants to admit it but....

Seems like Dolloff Arms LLC has an issue.

Open Corporates

He did. No excuse really, but it isn't all that uncommon.

Marines who were among the hardest people I know behaving differently than I expected when shite went down. Police officers running away when they should engage.

Is this really who Pinkerton is saying they subbed through? This dude's dormant LLC?

Lol.
