I have run my own business for more than 20 years. In that time I have NEVER ONCE run a SecState search to determine whether someone’s franchise taxes were current. Why? Because it does not affect me in the slightest.
Is it the kind of business, where you have people walking around with firearms, and supposedly protecting the physical lives of others?

Academically, it may be a marginally interesting question.
In a civil suit against Pinkerton, it could become a very interesting question.

Do you do contract work, and have you ever subbed or been a sub?
It's prudent to make sure your subs are qualified for the positions you're having them fill. In some circles, it's required.

Semantics...
I don't need to repeat myself like some here.
In my opinion as with others this was a highly trained marksman.
Everything he did was correct in what he did.
He instigated.
Fact.
He followed through with deadly force.
Fact.
He delivered a one shot one kill delivery.
Fact.
Investigation shows it was not a justified kill.
This isn't 1860.

But even if it were, why would I care whether the business owner has become personally liable for corporate debts, which is the only significant non-tax ramification of letting a corporation lapse. Hell, I would PREFER to be able to look to both corporate and individual assets, if the bills do not get paid.

Because in a situation such as Pinkerton's, the liability might not be the kind worked out in civil court.

If you are looking to see, for instance, whether their employees are properly trained, why do you care whether the owner has become personally liable by letting the corporate status lapse?

Conspiracy Hank, it seems like more and more people daily are coming under investigation here?
What IMO should those people be doing now from a legal standpoint?

One thing I would say, if they have been careless enough to letting his own status lapse, he is probably neglecting other important aspects. Aspects that can lead to huge frick ups.

But what relevance to this criminal case against a shareholder who did not pay his franchise tax?

This thread is approaching 100 pages. I suspect we're discussing a wide range of issues related to this incident.

It would make me wonder what else may have lapsed. Or was never there to lapse in the first place.

Oh, is that your stance on clairvoyant?
It fits your narrative...

I suppose it would be very similar, to a drug that was improperly tested, that killed somebody.
Excuse me if my spelling and sentences go to hell, I just finished my 3rd shot of whiskey. I haven't been drinking much lately, until tonight.

I'm here for either of you two arse turds to answer too.
I'm guessing neither of you have LEO or combat experience because of you myopic comment's.
So let's here the savants comments on what the 9news and the murderer's upcoming legal stance should be?
Let's here your take as more and more of this conspiracy becomes justified by the hour?
Well...

I am oddly intrigued.

I had to be away from home for a while today. Have there been any new developments since early this morning?

I understand Hank you think you are better than the American people...
I just don't think it's true.
