Its interesting how it was ok to question the 2016 election and now the 2024 election but if anyone dared question the 2020 election, which was the most secure and fairest election of all time, they were an election denier conspiracy theorist who deserves jail time for threatening our democracy.

There are precincts in which Trump received nary a vote..
She didn’t receive zero votes in the county, just some zero results at the precinct level.

Its going to be near impossible to make a straight-faced claim of fraud against Kamala in New York. The mere attempt at fraud would be a massive waste of time and unnecessary risk.

I don't think rockland county is particularly red, it's 93,676 active Dem voters to 52,853.
Now maybe the city of Ramapo is red, but you clearly haven't looked into this enough to really form your opinion there. Sounds like you're just getting marching orders rather than doing any sort of critical thinking.

Yeah and I can't find the precinct yet but I'm very curious to see this precincts voting history and demographics. I would hazard a guess this isn't the first time it's happened

No they didn't they got affidavits saying they voted against Gilibrand and for Sare for senate, thats how they're trying to get standing, not by suing for Kamala just FYI.

It's definitely not the first time... I agree with the poster that said they are trying to gin up votes to shift the MPV to Kamala... like anyone would care- but it seems important to them that Trump not go in the record books as receiving the Popular Vote in 2024.

After reading the statement I'm not so sure this lawsuit is about Kamala, the affidavits are all from voters for Diane Sare who lost to Gillibrand. Kamala seems to be a footnote in the press release. I'm looking for the lawsuit itself but I suspect this board just fell for a sensationalist headline

So... nine people said they voted for the LaRouche candidate, but only five of those votes were recorded. I would be upset if my vote didn't count, too... I didn’t dig deep enough to see if the outcome would be affected, but with four missing votes, I highly doubt it.
