You can’t even be honest about your own posts.

You didn’t say “I had some beers.”

You said you were “drunk” the previous night which caused you to disagree with something I posted and you apologized for doing so.

Then your next sentence you wrote, “But I stand by my name calling.” Worst apology EVER!

Hence…

Are you aware that beer contains alcohol?

I do stand by the name calling, and you've only proven me right for doing so since lol

That compressor station was built by one of my biz friends. We used to work 30 hours a day together and then I sold him his first refinery. His daughter was a Russian princess.

Wrong Kushner set the investment fund up after Trump's first term. The economic angle was the foundation for the Abraham Accords. Academics would have NEVER looked at this angle for settling differences. That is why the accords shocked everyone in the academic world. They were too dumb to think of this tact. The Arabs knew what they were investing in. The big surprise is Qatar which has a rivalry with Saudi Arabia for influence in the Arab world and has been a conduit for Iran. I think that several like Niall Ferguson know this way more than you.

Russians already phucked it up before anything happened to the pipelines. the rotor blades broken and compressor crashed due hydrates being allowed to form in the feeder pipeline.

What a ridiculously incoherent response.

Witkoff pressured Ukraine to hand Donetsk to Russia during D.C. talks

October 19, 2025, 05:20 AM

Donald Trump’s special envoy Steve Witkoff pressured Ukraine to hand over Donetsk Oblast to Russia because it is “mostly Russian-speaking,” The Washington Post reported, citing officials familiar with the talks during Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s visit to the White House.

According to the report, Witkoff, who serves as Trump’s Middle East envoy, pressed the Ukrainian delegation to consider ceding Donetsk, invoking a justification often used by the Kremlin — one that Ukrainian and European officials view as directly echoing Moscow’s propaganda.

The Washington Post noted that many Ukrainians, including Zelenskyy himself, grew up speaking Russian as their first language. However, the paper stressed that “in Ukrainian society, speaking Russian has never been a sign of sympathy for Moscow.” Since Russia’s occupation of Crimea in 2014, an increasing number of Russian-speaking Ukrainians have switched to Ukrainian.

“Witkoff was the White House’s lead negotiator with the Kremlin ahead of the Anchorage meeting, which European officials described as the result of what they see as a misreading of Russia’s demands — and proof that no real progress could be achieved,” the report said.

According to The Washington Post, during Trump’s most recent call with Vladimir Putin, the Russian dictator personally demanded that Kyiv surrender full control of Donetsk Oblast. Only under that condition, Putin allegedly said, would he agree to end the war, two senior officials told the paper.

The report emphasized that Donetsk Oblast holds vital strategic importance for Ukraine, serving as a key defensive barrier against further Russian advances.

There's no question that we're at the point when Ukraine can hit Russian refineries faster than Russia can repair them. What happens when no one in Russia can drive anywhere, because there's no gasoline?

The Orenburg gas plant is double the size of the largest ones in the US for initial processing of natural gas (amine, dehydration, and demethanization) but a tiny thing compared to Y grade NGL's fractionation at Mont Belvieu, TX and Conway, KS.

I searched and found the specs of the Orenburg plant owned by Gazprom.

Natural gas sweetening units – 9 trains x 5.0 bln m3/year
Natural gas dehydration and stripping unit (LT separation) – 6 trains x 5.0 bln m3/year
Natural gas dehydration and stripping unit (LT oil absorption) – 3 trains x 5.0 bln m3/year
Natural gas dehydration and mercaptan removal for cryogenic separation
1 train x 9.0 bln m3/year
1 train x 6.0 bln m3/year
Claus sulfur recovery units – 8 trains x 320 KTA
Claus SRU tail gas treatment unit based on Sulfreen process – 6 trains x 120 thousand m3/year
PBF sweetening units – 2 trains x 1.0 MTA
Condensate treatment and stabilization units
1 train x 0.8 MTA
1 train x 1.2 MTA
1 train x 1.6 MTA
Condensate and oil treatment and stabilization units
1 train x 1.3 MTA
1 train x 1.36 MTA
Condensate and crude oil atmospheric distillation unit with 800 KTA capacity

LINK

Oil absorption is OLD technology and should be idle.

The plant also has helium extraction. The US had a lot of this in the Anadarko Basin in OK an TX. Helium is now extracted in Wyoming last I checked. Qatar extracts a lot of helium from its Pars Gas field

Seems like the rate of advance continues to be higher than it has been in a while. Some on X are saying they are actually being slow updating these maps, but those mostly seem to be pro Russian trolls. There is value in playing it slower and trying to be as accurate as possible even if the updates might not be as "real time" as you'd like.

It has been repeatedly stated that ISW doesn't update until actual confirmation. Just because a Russian squadron infiltrates at night and plants a flag doesn't mean it has taken territory
