Yes just like the majority of other countries that are our allies have joint projects with US defense contractors. BAE systems which is a British company produces a lot of US weapons like the Bradley.

Iran cant beat Israel 6 to 1, let alone 1v1. Iran also spent a lot more money on propping up its allies than Israel receives in aid from the US, the amount Syria got from Iran alone was more than what Israel receives
