Landlords should just start paying thugs to go in and BTFO squatters over and over again until they leave or are dead.

Residential rental properties have historically been a homerun revenue stream but even in the small-town South it's become way too much of a headache. If you insist on doing it anyway have a retired cop/PI on the payroll.

The funny part is that the same morons who create these policies then complain that there aren't enough places available to live for low income people. Well you're creating policies that make people who aren't in the rental business avoid it and make people who are in the rental business want out. To the point that all that will be left will be corporate landholders. They're shooting themselves in the foot

That's just you showing your White privilege. A private citizen shouldn't even be allowed to own property so long as ALL private citizens don't own property. The government is a far better steward of any and all property anyways. They will be more equitable in divvying up the property and making sure that everyone, regardless of their economic situation, has a roof over their head.
