If I’m the judge I’m asking him to produce the Cracker Jack box he found his law license in.

If the video is important, why not turn the sound off?

He clearly wants to prejudice the jury.

The judge was amazed at the stupidity of the suggestion. So the prosecutor went further in saying that it’s been done - there is precedent - and he has the authority to do it.

That’s when the judge called a break. presumably as not to publicly destroy the guy

Yet.

If this idiot keeps persisting at doing shite that is blatantly against the law and court procedure, I’m sure the judge is more than willing to give him a verbal smack down on Court TV.

Any chance this DA was forced to bring charges by someone behind the scenes, and he is intentionally blowing the case? I honestly can't think of anything else for his strategy here

Sometimes I imagine what a national tragedy it would be if CNN headquarters, during a "talent" meeting, were to be struck by a strangely site-specific meteor that left no survivors . By sometimes I mean incessantly.

Technically, he masturbated before the zoom call and was caught cleaning up on the call, but I'm splitting hairs here.

I have seen cases through the years where the case being presented by the plaintiff or the prosecution did not make a lot of sense for the first few days, until all the pieces started to click together

Thus far, this does not look like one of those cases.

Eh. I’ve sat in on some local trials and the quality of DAs is a very wide range. He could be just really dumb.

Was it the typical black gangbanger was shot by police while trying to kill someone else, type of thing?

It was the dude that sexually assaulted his ex and tried to steal her car then attacked an officer with a knife.

Then Drew Brees decided to wear his name on his helmet to prove hes not racist. Just that he supports sexual abuse.

basically said CNN is creating dissent and telling people he (the judge) is applying 'incomprensible' rulings regarding scumbag rosenbaum's violent nature that night and he said "well this is the law and cites the claue and says he is there to make sure the laws are followed despite what Toobin on CNN and his 'legal' folks believe"

Why the hell is a judge concerned about the press? Make your rulings and if there is a problem the courts of appeal will sort it out.

Is this video supposed to be good for the prosecution? It shows how calm he is, talking about running out to provide medical help, and that he just has a gun to protect himself.

Loobin Toobin should have remained permanently unemployed.

Any single one of us would have been publicly fired, shamed, and never worked in our industry again.

XiNN is the scum of the earth.
