How does replacing the foreman change things if she is dead set on guilty?

Does the jury handbook address replacement of foreman or whatever it is called?

They can be removed to unethical conduct, aka not following their oath.

I am just wondering if the handbook mentions replacing the foreman. In case they don’t know they can vote her out.
I can see some ol baw with his boots kicked up ignoring Karen while she talks thumbing through the handbook for this.

As the foreperson she has sway to say let’s look at this again or let’s look at this or let’s discuss provocation again. She’s leading the deliberations and as such of she has an agenda she can steer this thing wherever she chooses. She may be a holdout on the Rosenbaum charge where everyone else has decided it’s clear self defense and wants to move on, but she keeps circling back rehashing it instead of allowing the other jurors to focus on other aspects of the case.

Maybe the ones for acquittal can get together and meet over drinks this evening and plot their scheme to take care of it. Seems all copasetic under the rules apparently in place here.

Doesn't the foreman basically decide if they are hung? Let the judge know if people are doing things they are not supposed to?
She can drag this out a lot longer than anyone wants.

While eating a bowl of cheese curds and thinking about the beers he's going to drink tonight.

It doesn't.
No one, at this point, knows the foreperson is a rogue juror or the holdout.
For all we know, one or two of the other jurors is the holdout and she's requesting to view or review evidence to convince them.
The theory that the foreperson is the rogue juror/holdout comes solely from Robert Barnes who is salty as frick that he wasn't retained by the defense, particularly with regard to jury selection and is speculating (and only speculating). He's implying that had his services been retained, we wouldn't be in this position ("If they had hired me, this never would have happened,").
Barnes is salty as frick and should shut the frick up and put a tampon in.
I'm tired of hearing about it and, frankly, have lost almost all respect for him.
NO ONE knows who the hold out is nor what's going on in that jury room.
And that includes that fatass, bleeding vagina.

There are women on the jury.

One or to emotional idiots that can’t look at basic facts are sitting on the jury

Which one is Barnes?
He isn't on now. He is the one sitting in the chair with his arms out to his side. He always wears a 3- piece suit with the jacket. You will be able to tell by him being a bitter arrogant arse.

If it was emotion no one would feel all that bad about pedophiles and woman beaters taking clear cut self defense rifle rounds
No
Its straight political. The DNC has given the orders. Their loyalists will march in lockstep.

I’m hoping that the reason she’s taking the instructions home is to provide an excuse to change her mind and save face and tomorrow come in and say “after reading these, I agree and I’ve changed my mind”.
Alternatively, she’s attempting to figure out how to convince the other 10-11 jurors. I don’t think that’s likely since they called it early today. There’s likely frustration brewing and they were ready to call it hung and blame her.

Whoever the hold outs to convict are the public reaction to those jurors once its made public will wind up being roasted nationally and locally because those other jurors are going to scorch her.

And yet he’s been right this entire time. He has maintained Richards did a shite job with jury selection for weeks now. What are we dealing with now, a stubborn rouge juror that he has been saying would be bad for the defense. He might be an arrogant arse but he’s an arrogant arse who has been right on the money and should have been listened to.
