I predict the Jury, cowed by the mob, convicts him. And then they riot anyway.

Notice the language. Looks like someone not on Kyle's side.

Personally, I don't make much of that. Those jurors had a lot of BS coming at them, and let's just say, it wasn't a smooth transaction especially on the part of the government. It's just as likely that they were a little too distracted to really take it all in with due concentration. Questions from the jury are most definitely not uncommon. It would be uncommon to NOT have at least one but typically more questions, or to review evidence. Of course they can't request a transcript of witness testimony, but to request to see video or stills again, no problemo for defense in my mind.

People who want to decide based on their view of what the law should be, instead of what it is.

Nah man I ain't the alphabet but if you're too stupid to see that this country is so divided that there is no fricking saving it then frick you. Do you really think I meant violence by saying scorched earth? What do you think I have a fricking nuke? C'mon man its an analogy.

It’s Wisconsin. There was a zero percent chance Kyle didn’t get stuck with at least a couple liberals hellbent on sticking to their narrative regardless of facts.

I'd never vote a woman to that position anyway. Need logic versus emotion when leading a jury.

You seem angry and more than a bit defensive. I’ll leave it there as I don’t want you to bring me in for questioning.

I see you're from Michigan.

Would you say the same about your state?

*Kenosha County is not a progressive hellhole. There are far left people in about every county in the country so it is the defense's job to try and weed them out in a case like this.

The “zoomed in stills after Mr Rittenhouse put down fire extinguisher” is the goddamn doctored part that has fabricated out of thin air pixels added to the image and makes it somehow look like Kyle might be aiming his rifle from his left side at Zeminski.

But we all know this is nothing more than an image conjured in people’s minds because Binger willed it into existence. While it goes against all logic (ie. Kyle dropping the fire extinguisher, swapping the gun from right to left, aiming it head high at Zeminski, then back to right side pointing down and begin sprinting away inside 1-2 seconds just didn’t freaking happen).

And, then getting to view this doctored bullshite while that exact piece of evidence is a huge centerpiece of a dismissal motion on top of all that. It’s just beyond infuriating and sad.

The judge is clearly allowing the jury to be influenced by really bad doctored evidence that the prosecution appears to have purposely altered to deceive the defense and the jury.

Kyle is going to get fricked over, folks. Get prepared for disappointment. It will make the relief of a not guilty verdict much sweeter if it comes. But my gut is telling me Kyle is about to get monumentally shafted.

Look, I hope you are right. Still think they have been warned about letting him go and what will happen to them and the town.

I doubt it. There's no way 12/12 jurors want to convict. I think there are 1 or 2 holdouts/activists and the rest of the jury is beating them over the head with the law and the jury instructions while discrediting the one piece of bullshite video that the prosecution claims implicates Rittenhouse.

Apparently that doctored still would not be in evidence if the defense had not put Kyle on the stand.

I have yet to hear one thing that the defense benefitted with that move.

This isn't 1992 anymore. Its all political, and I think people need to come to grips the Jury will not agree unanimously to acquit. Hell, Binger himself could go in there and tell them it was self defense, and there will be two leftists hell bent on a certain outcome. This is 2021 America, and no turning back.

Doubt we will get anything today. If they don't come out in the next hour, its tomorrow at earliest.

No way the judge is going to announce at dusk.

Yes, he is.

It's over.

However, this judge allowing him to be tormented by allowing this jury more time and provided more information to, ... which has already been given to them, is unesesarry torture.

He's a real pri(#.
