He's a dem, but he's an old dem. I don't think he's a progressive loon as he hasn't really shown anything to suggest that.
This forum and dozens of lawyers streaming, tweeting, and going on news shows have discussed ad nausea how this trial should have ended already as a mistrial with prejudice. But here we are. This judge hasn’t done a thing but allow the prosecution to continue unabated doing shady bullshite over and over with zero actual consequences. Even allowing the jury to see doctored video.
He’s going to let the jury verdict stand. If they find Kyle guilty, he’s not going to change it. He’s not going to declare a mistrial, much less one with prejudice.
These prosecutors aren’t even going to get a slap on the wrist when this is all done. The judge will even thank them for doing an excellent job.
Some of you are being incredibly naive. I hope the jury comes back not guilty. But if they don’t, the judge is going to put him behind bars and not give a second thought about it.

What I don't understand is "request when ready"...
So whomever wrote this knew they would need this in order to prove/disprove something in advance.
It isn't that they are debating and one is hung up on something and they say "ok, lets look at the evidence".

you can easily look across the aisle on the left and see the mushy testosterone-less piles of skin and hair and think "this is what's wrong with the country right now," but it's a much harder pill to swallow to read some crap like that and realize "we have a lot of work to do on our side as well".
and i'm just assuming he leans right simply because he keeps implying he has kids. then again, his severe affinity for children could just be because he's a progressive and attracted to children.

If it was a nefarious activist, they would be doing everything they could to get on all the jurors' good side. And also not to give away their true thoughts.
