I didn’t need anywhere near as many words to say she’s dumb as a brick.

I didn’t need to read anything after the heading as it was just redundancy I’m sure. Biden would have been a better SCJ as at least it would have been understandably dumb but funny to hear his growing up comparisons

If Biden was dead set on nominating a black woman, Leondra Kruger was the only one who had the mental ability to be on the Supreme court...
The problem was she was half Jewish, half Jamaican...

To pretend that we cannot remove this clown is absurd. Especially given that the baboon was appointed by an illicit president.

When I was a teenager, a friend of mines Dad used talk about life. He told me I would come across people “that were so stupid, that they thought they were smart.” I’m 55 now, probably the age he was when he told me that. Boy was he right.

Don't blame her. Blame the dipshit "Republicans*" who voted to confirm her.

*Murkowski, Romney, and Collins.

If there were 5 Kentajis on the court, this country would be immersed in a hot civil war.

And Biden.

But yes, she is an advocate in a judicial role.

But Jackson is totally confident in her logic. She's oblivious to her stupidity.

I think you have Jackson all wrong. I read an article on her that had an excellent point. It said that Jackson doesn't rule from a judicial philosophy. She simply rules whatever way she would vote if she was a politician. In short, she believes in power not jurisprudence.

There's a term for it:

quote:

The Dunning-Kruger effect is a cognitive bias where people with low ability in a specific area overestimate their competence because they lack the metacognitive skills to recognize their own shortcomings. This "double curse" means they make mistakes and are unable to realize those errors. The effect also notes that highly skilled individuals may underestimate their abilities, assuming tasks easy for them are simple for everyone else.

All progressives see is black woman (even though they can't even define woman). That's all they needed to know she was qualified.

They don't see qualification, they see justification of her appointment solely based on the color of her skin and her gender (which they struggle to define)
