I've always thought that Epstein was nothing more than a high rolling conman who used his wealth, charm, and knack for exploiting powerful people's weaknesses to help him build a web of influence. He would extort those who ate the candy like Les Wexner for his own personal profit. If he was actually Mossad, CIA/FBI, KGB, MI6, India's RAW, ASIO, NZSIS, Saudis, etc. they would have eliminated him in the early 2000's to prevent exposure.

He was a dodgey individual who had no proper formal education beyhond high school, was of quasi mathematical genius level, and without scruples.
He made beaucoups pasta within investment firms (who fired him for falsifying his CV) before this had come up.
