He was a 3* until may(ish) 2024 when he was rated 4*. Got the 5* in July 2024 after hours performance in the camp. Not arguing... Just adding dates.
Being called a troll is like a badge of honor around here... Just means that you said something the folks with crimson glasses didn't agree with. LOL

There is already a big gap between the two. Not only that, Keelon “comes alive” when the lights shine the brightest.

What are you basing this on? I'm not saying he isn't deserving. I'm excited about KR. Just always curious where opinions like this come from.
True... Not saying Russell isn't the right choice. I'm just saying it might be a tough pill to swallow. I'm sure he'd transfer out to a smaller school and probably start next year.
Edit: I'm happy with the choice. Don't misunderstand... Just saying that this might be a tough pill for Mack.

Keelon is the media favorite. Of course he was going to start. Real slap in the face to Mack though. Mack transfers here with coach and gets no starting job in two years. Media darlings keep beating him out. He'll ball out somewhere else next year.

This takes the pressure off the o line. I just hope the QB isn't the leading rusher.
It's no surprise that this house happened to be a judge in Louisiana. Of course lame will take advantage of it.
Will the high and mighty be so upset when the NFL players join their teams?
His world crashed and now so is he. Hope he learns some valuable lessons and moves forward.

but unfortunately 38-3 did significantly harm the program's perception.

It's not just that.. it's losing to Florida State and the 28-7 in the Sec Championship.
Seems like we get more guys hurt in practice than in game....

He's just feeling the heat. As he should... We have high standards around here that he has shown flashes of achieving, but not consistently achieving. Hoping this year will be different.

This must thrill you to have some gift wrapped negativity about “your team.”

Didn't thrill me at all. That's the point of the post.
For those that haven't seen the uproar over the team photo, here's an article and pic.

barstool

I know it's just a photo. I hate to say it, but it is a bad look on us. This is a lack of attention to detail, something that has plagued us for several seasons now.

I went back and looked at the official team photos under Saban. They were sharp with attention to detail. Team was lined up. Coaches lined up. Looked poster worthy! This year....it's a mess. I think it says and allot about the coach. COVID years were a little more relaxed, but nothing close to this year's photo.

Let's look at the photo from Saban's third year for comparison:

While my son was a student there, he was working some football games. Aaron seemed to go out of his way to talk pretty unprofessionally to my child more than once.

That guy aaron seemed like a jerk. Treated my son terribly. Strutted around like he was somebody. Kharma is a bitch. I don't feel bad for him at all.
Texas bus buys their team too. Tuck Fexus, I'll root for tech. LoL
Roll tide. Great game!! She pitched a great game.
Our first baseman is better than theirs.... By far.
OMG... Let the outfielder get those. That's two tonight and almost another last game..
How many Heisman let downs have their been? Gtfo
We came out looking like arse. Played uninspired. Got beat by losing team. Great job.
