I thought the family was well off to begin with. But then not being able to get 10% of 1MM for bond negates that.
If it were my son Id get him out ASAP cause if he only weighs 135 LBS he will get eaten for lunch in jail/prison. Id get him on a bodybuilder/ boxing routine pronto.

One of those numbers is way off. Home value in my neighborhood is about half that amount and the few that go up for rent are in the $3000 a month range. No way a $900k house is only renting for $3500. That wouldn't even come close to covering the mortgage payment, even with a mortgage that had 2020-21 interest rates.
