I’m not super familiar with Twitter but does it auto order replies in a tailored algorithm format? It not, god damn she’s getting roasted in that post

@KamalaHQLies
LIE: Kamala “feels strongly” about people not going to jail for weed.
TRUTH: Kamala Harris locked people in prison for smoking weed as a prosecutor.
This is just another flip-flop policy stance from Kamala Harris.
Here are the facts:
- Kamala Harris has not always been a strong supporter.
- In fact, Kamala Harris’s stance has evolved almost exactly during the time she decided to run for Senator.
- This is well documented by liberal outlets.
Here is what USA Today reports:
"When Harris was San Francisco's district attorney, she supported the legal use of medical marijuana but opposed a 2010 measure to legalize pot in California, according to the Los Angeles Times.
During her tenure, she oversaw the conviction of more than 1,900 people for weed violations, The Mercury News reported. Prosecutors on her staff convicted people on these charges at a rate higher than under her predecessor, however, most of the defendants were not incarcerated for low-level pot possession, according to the outlet.
More than 2,000 people were incarcerated in California state prisons for marijuana and hashish-related offenses while Harris was the state's attorney general.
As she sought reelection for the state position in 2014, Harris declined to comment one way or the other about her then-opponent's support for legalizing recreational marijuana in an interview.”

Isn't it easier than that. Don't they just need the FDA to reschedule it on the drug list? No votes required

Stupid crap like this shows her weakness on the world stage as well.

Recreational marijuana is pretty much already legal everywhere now anyway... They just don't tell you about the loopholes that have made THC products derived from hemp legal. You pretty much have dispensaries in states without expressly legal recreational cannabis now.

I frankly had expected Trump to have this be his October surprise in 2020.
