She’s so stupid she has no idea she can’t do 2 of these things without a constitutional amendment but her voters probably are just as dumb to believe her.

In other words we make it absolutely impossible for us to lose....I'd been watching some political stories on YouTube one day and dozed off, I saw her up making a speech and in the middle she just said "Look, This is about power!!"
