But now she wants to abolish taxes on tips.
Sure bitch, sure.
Part of the inflation reduction act.

WASHINGTON — The Treasury Department and Internal Revenue Service today issued Notice 2023-13, which contains a proposed revenue procedure that would establish the Service Industry Tip Compliance Agreement (SITCA) program, a voluntary tip reporting program between the IRS and employers in various service industries. The IRS is issuing this guidance in proposed form to provide an opportunity for public comment. The proposed SITCA program is designed to take advantage of advancements in point-of-sale, time and attendance systems, and electronic payment settlement methods to improve tip reporting compliance. The proposed program would also decrease taxpayer and IRS administrative burdens and provide more transparency and certainty to taxpayers. The proposed program includes several features: The monitoring of employer compliance based on actual annual tip revenue and charge tip data from an employer's point-of-sale system, and allowance for adjustments in tipping practices from year to year. Participating employers demonstrate compliance with the program requirements by submitting an annual report after the close of the calendar year, which reduces the need for compliance reviews by the IRS. Participating employers receive protection from liability under the rules that define tips as part of an employee's pay for calendar years in which they remain compliant with program requirements. Participating employers have flexibility to implement employee tip reporting policies that are best suited for their employees and their business model in accordance with the section of the tax law that requires employees to report tips to their employers.

Gotta admit, running a platform on EVERYthing opposite of what they’ve been doing the past 4 years is genius.

What have they actually done correctly in the past 4 years? That has to be a list that can be counted on one hand.

This definitely needs to be a Trump campaign talking point that is hammered home repeatedly.

When the four years have been this bad it’s the only thi bc she can do.
Of course the cucks have been screaming she has all the momentum and look at her go. People with momentum don’t 180 positions

Trump campaign should simply state, “Don’t listen to what the Democrats say; pay attention to what they have done and are doing. By comparison listen to what I said I would do and what I’ve done.”

Nah, they'll just say she voted to send it to Biden for him to sign. Just following orders. Now for Kamala to use that excuse in an interview she's gonna have to do some practicing and try to avoid the cackle.

What? The SITCA program is a voluntary program meant to replace 3 existing voluntary programs that have been in place for a couple of decades. Can you link how you tied this in to HR5376? They've been soliciting comments from participants for over a decade on how to improve the existing programs...
