Only two justices dissented with their vote. Sotomayor was the other one.

Ginsburg’s dissent was not met well by Thomas, who said that it “makes little sense” and “lacks evidentiary support.”

Well, she is an idiot. How an aborted baby's remains are handled has NOTHING to do with the abortion procedure.

I don't think she's completely wrong, in so far as it recognizes the humanity of the child, and obligates the woman to recognize that she's taking a life.
