Not a fan of red flag laws, but there aren't many red flags for mentally disability that are so obvious as transgenderism.

What about "shall not be infringed" do people not understand? Besides, don't most of them live in Blue states that have unconstitutional gun control laws in place that should already be limiting firearms to these people (even if I personally disagree with those gun control laws existing in the first place)?

You’re going beyond the fact that this is about trans people who are currently restricted by the process now because of their mental health issues. Also democrats already try to take away and currently restrict 2a.
