And, that would just INCREASE the numbers of those willing to do it.
People really do VASTLY over estimate the ability of our, or any other government to repel a significant percentage of the population. And, by significant, I'm still talking single digits.

Those damn cloth masks aren’t super effective under ideal circumstances. I can’t imagine they do much good at all while 4 cops face each other from 3 feet away while assaulting their fellow citizen.
