Farage is controlled opposition. Restore Britain is the real deal because they actually want to put a hard cap on immigration.

Labour's answer to this is to go into Communism hyperdrive. Starmer announced today that he's going to "re-nationalize" British Steel. Pretty much everything else will follow. Oh, and they're going to undo Brexit and force Britain back into sucking Brussel's tiny dick.

While yes that was original meaning ( an early woke military loser logic probably) it boggles the mind that knocking out 10% of something would be considered decimated, that leaves 90% of something intact. Say I got a large pizza at ate 1 slice of 10, hardly seems decimated. Probably why meaning changed to something that sounds totally different like being wiped out

Winning the seats is just step 1. Now Farage's party must govern and enact meaningful reforms or Labour will get the seats back next election.

This is just the local level.
The national party still has seats for now in Parliament and will hold off on new elections as long as legally possible since they are effectively lame ducks.

Just like in America, those countries have had enough illegal and legal migration for the next 100 years. After the deportations of illegals, we should be running on no more immigration till the ones here now assimilate or hit the road.
Everyone is saying AI is going to put millions out of work so why import more people that will eventually be fired and on the teet?

I kinda-sorta track UK politics, even though I've yet to understand their whole "prime minister" process and the haphazard way they change them.
With that caveat in mind, I thought the reason Farage is even in a position for this big win is because his group already won big some time back and didn't do what they said they would do. If that's correct and to your point, why should anybody believe him this time?
