Paper ballots only.
Can use either in WI and I have not once used the electronic voting machines.

Polls still not open at the location in Harris county where I went. I had to leave for work after they kept saying "soon" and that tech support was there. They finally came out again and said they can't get their machines up due to some BS.

Our voting infrastructure has actually been pretty damn impressive. I guess we were so tired of the corruption that we sprung for top notch election equipment

I just voted.
Walked up to my precinct table, showed my ID, one poll worker looked up my name on the voting roles, found it, announced it aloud with full name pronunciation and spelling, a poll worker to the right and left of him recorded my name, I signed the voting role book, walking into the polling booth and voted.
Flawless. No issues. I voted in Covington, Louisiana.
