I hope you are at least as bothered by the fact that the Dallas DA wont prosecute theft under $750
I am. It's a travesty.
But the Dallas DA has nothing to do with this aspect of the salon case, even though the wall-eyed state attorney general tried to connect him with it.
quote:
“As your Dallas County Criminal District Attorney, I feel it is important to correct false information about the DA Office’s role in the case of Dallas Salon Owner Shelley Luther… Ms. Luther’s case if a CIVIL matter, not a CRIMINAL matter,” Creuzot said in the statement. “… Dallas County was not a party to that civil lawsuit and my office did not appear or represent any party.”

My point exactly. We barricade the highways leading out of the cities, blow the rail and vehicle bridges and encircle them, forcing them to eat their furniture and drink water out of toilets and radiators. The stink from the sewer in the streets would be deserving for the socialist traitors.

Not that this has much to do with the exact story...but you want to see just how judges view themselves..try building them a courthouse.

Judges in Dallas County have rebuked the state's top legal officer amid the controversy surrounding a Dallas salon owner.
The AG should tell those judges to frick off.

Well, let’s look at what they cite. Remember what “shall” means (a directive)
Is the AG a judge? What they cite is not applicable to his conduct.

Still not going to say if you are a lawyer?
He isn’t a lawyer. He admitted that weeks ago. And his legal analysis makes it clear. He doesn’t understand the arguments he makes.

don’t think it’s uncommon for a judge to ask the defendant to admit to wrongdoing in exchange for leniency. It happens all the time.
Not true.

The Attorney General’s office ruled that it was legal and enforceable.
What do you think that means?

Judges for the most part are power hungry maniacs that think their God
