They don't belong in this country. If we were being real, he should have droopped them off on Kamala and Joe's front lawns.

I'll ask it here, though. If we have no judicial oversight/recourse, what happens when a citizen is labeled a "terrorist" and then put on a plane in the middle of the night and shipped off to a Central American jail? Do they just have to grin and bear it?

The great news is that current illegal aliens have been told by this administration that they can self deport now and are welcome to come back the legal way. Why is this so hard? If you want to come to America there are legal ways to do it.

Roberts was a bitch for making the comment on impeachment.

Roberts is joined at the hip with Boasberg, and by extension, Boasberg's actions. Roberts appointed Boasberg to the head of the FISC.

. It's bad when the president does it, it's bad when judges do it.

The issue is that courts have appellate review processes.

The admin is arguing the President has no oversight process.

Sure. Great.

Has literally nothing to do with what you quoted/responded to

Maybe it is not a "Radical Left Lunatic Judge" acting alone, but rather a duly, Constitutionally appointed and confirmed federal judge, enforcing statutes enacted by the American people acting through their elected representatives in Congress.

Just a thought.

I see you blew over his history in your rush to be contrarian...the guy has 10 years of evidence that's hes corrupt as hell

What merits? That they are here illegally doing illegal things? Trump just cut through the GOVERNMENT red tape that everybody complains about and did what was inevitably going to happen anyway.

Notice the deflections, ad homs, and attempts to ignore/steer responses to my question testing the limits of this theory.

Technically, we don't even know this.

The admin has responded to requests for information with a "national security" stonewall.

Today I learned that Boasberg and Kavanaugh were roommates at Yale.

But time-wise the power they wield is extremely asymmetric. It's like saying the guy wrongly jailed for a year turns out fine because he won his appeal. They can do political damage regardless of whether they're eventually overturned.

Citizen or illegal?

A foreign citizen that has lived here for 20 years, raised kids, and has been married to a US Citizen. Has a visa. Posts on social media that she hates Trump, and that she stands with Palestine. Under this act she could be labeled a terrorist and deported in the middle of the night with no due process, no investigation, nothing. That is the problem.

I don't love unchecked executive power. It will come back to haunt you at some point when the other side is making these decisions. What is wrong with a hearing or whatever on whether Trump followed this law?
