As it played out, her case for a revote came down to the existence/nonexistence of 30K+ disenfranchised voters, and her legal team didn't come close to making the case for their existence. I live in Maricopa County, and doubt there was anything close to that number of disaffected voters, but if I'm wrong it should have been relatively easy to prove. They didn't even make a dent in the County's position.

Sometimes it is true that the danger of “knowing too much“ is that one will overlook the correct answer precisely because it appears to be too simple.
IOW, over-thinking.
I hear and understand what you are saying, but in my mind it’s still implies that the judge unfairly precluded a trial on the merits.
I suppose we all carry our preconceptions and biases with us, no matter how we try to exclude them.
