The 19 co-defendants in the RICO case, at least 4 have plead guilty. Wade being the special prosecutor, to what extent did he participate in the conviction of the 4 defendants?

I fully expect the DNC/Soros cabal to send a highly capable attorney to Fani. They will probably go pro bono for the county as well.

and I bet they are sorry that they plead out.
Now they won't be able to get their cases overturned because Fani is a corrupt pos.

If you had a public defender the first time around, you may not be able to get an attorney to handle appeals unless pro bono wants to take on Fulton County.

No, all 19 defendants had gofundme’s set up, all have received hundreds of thousands for the defense; also, I’d feel comfortable saying that due to recent events, they could raise significantly more for appeal. They just need thick skin.

Naw you’re entitled to a court appointed attorney if you lose at the trial level. In Louisiana it’s a different crew than the front line PD warriors fighting the good fight, day in and day out, in courtrooms all across this great land. When you see one, thank him for his service.

But back to the actual point at hand, you get one free bite at the appellate apple if you’re still of the indigent persuasion. If that doesn’t work out…..it’s jailhouse lawyers for you from there on.

**Just commenting on your remarks in a general way.

Those appeals will likely push ahead of the Trump case now.

Because dropped prosecutions, or reversals would have a HUGE impact on the outstanding case

You mean the 35 year old judge didn’t remove his former boss from the case?

Shocked.

This guy is a joke...his balls must be the size of raisins! Too scared to make the right call on this fiasco that Fani Willis created.
So Democrats can lie under oath and nothing...but let that be a Republican who lied and we're seeing prison time.

Very, very notable point. You’d think she would’ve tried for the best possible lawyer for the particular job and circumstances. But I’ll be doggone if she didn’t go for the worst possible lawyer, under all circumstances. Dude’s like the number 3 guy in the Deridder, Louisiana office of Morris Bart.

And furthermore what’s pretty funny is that Willis herself doesn’t seem to want any part of that steaming pile of shite of a case. She doesn’t appear to think much of it, does she?

She is doing this for national attention, it was what she campaigned on, this is her ticket to relevance. If she can pull this off, the door is wide open, many opportunities to come; however, the stench, the bugs, the rot, its overbearing. Let’s see if the GA committee will do the right thing and remove an actual activist DA! After all, it’s the intention of the recent law. Do ya job!
