The RICO case is "rock solid" in the sense that it'll be a real challenge/impossible to dispense of early on. But it's a very novel application of RICO - they're essentially creating a new fact pattern crime based on the electors scheme - so the idea that it's "rock solid" is the silly musing of a self-loathing effeminate dude who lives in Decatur and is eaten up with Trump.
