and haven’t really established he’s illegal-
What we've got to do a fan vote to determine if illegal immigrants are in fact illegal now?
What on earth is wrong with you people?

If he wasn't part of a gang, why would he face a significant threat from a gang???
El Salvador has an extensive data base of gang members. It should be no problem for El Salvador to figure out.
Unfortunately, the illegal immigration in America has reached critical limits. Its a given that some mistakes will be made while carrying out such a massive criminal illegal export operation.
But ya know what?? Id rather have those mistakes sitting in an El Salvador prison than one single young lady raped and/or murdered because we mistakenly let one of those savages loose on our streets.

In 2019, he faced deportation proceedings after being detained by police in Prince George’s County, Maryland, outside a Home Depot. Authorities alleged he was an active member of the MS-13 gang, based on a confidential informant’s claim and his attire (a Chicago Bulls hat and hoodie), though no criminal charges were filed. During these proceedings, an immigration judge granted him "withholding of removal" to El Salvador, a form of protected status, determining that he faced a significant risk of harm if returned due to gang threats. This ruling allowed him to remain in the U.S. legally, and he complied with annual ICE check-ins.
On March 12, 2025, ICE agents arrested him in Baltimore, claiming his immigration status had changed. Despite his protected status, he was deported to El Salvador on March 15, 2025, on one of three flights targeting alleged gang members, including those accused of ties to MS-13 and the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua. He was sent to the Terrorism Confinement Center (CECOT), a notorious mega-prison in El Salvador known for harsh conditions. The Trump administration later admitted in a court filing on March 31, 2025, that his deportation was an "administrative error," acknowledging ICE’s awareness of his protection from removal. However, they argued that U.S. courts lack jurisdiction to order his return since he is now in Salvadoran custody.

No they didn't, they said there was a mistake on his paperwork that he hadn't had any cases on his immigration status
That was incorrect.
They didn't mistake his gang affiliation or illegal status. He gone!!! Good riddance

He's Salvadorean back in the home country.
Yes, we cannot extradite him from El Salvador.
It would be like France extraditing an imprisoned American criminal they deported back to America.

I hate the prevalence of "cucked" since the rise of MAGA, it's so cringeworthy a lot of the time
But there is no other way around it, people who think this country has to grovel and apologize to people we don't owe anything to are absolutely cucked

A judge has ruled the U.S. government must return Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the Maryland father mistakenly deported to El Salvador in March, by the end of Monday.
The admin came out and said it wasn't a mistake, it was a clerical error.
He is a confirmed on multiple fronts, including a Judge in 2019 that he is illegal and affiliated with Trende.
Did that info change? Or activist judge as usual.

You guessed it, activist judge in far left liberal state.

Any sensible person is going
"well the combination of that clerical error and the inability to bring him back resulted in justice and the fair outcome where the law and bureaucracy would have failed"

Judge is Paula Xinis,

And no surprise she was on this panel:

I've been about the process on these things as much as anyone, and even I said if one innocent gay hairdresser is accidentally thrown in with 200 gang members legitimately deported, it's worth it. That said, ignoring a judge is really stupid and you're playing with contempt fire.
I do think there is debate to be had over the people being picked off of college campuses for wrongthink.
