There is a big squabble over whether he was MS-13. His side said his gang affiliation was alleged and rebutted, the other side disagrees and claims it was proven in court.

Why are you upset. The administration acknowledged he was sent by mistake. He should be returned.

It was a wink/wink "mistake"
It wasn't really a mistake.
And the dude is from El Salvador. He is in his home country. What a ridiculous hill to die on.

It was an 'administrative' mistake NOT a legal one.
He came here illegally and there seems to be an awful lot of 'confusion' about his gang connections.
I choose to believe the administration not some leftist judge bought in a liberal court in deep blue Maryland.

I have no doubt he shouldn't be here and was probably involved in gang activity. Any more questions?!?!
Probably? Come to think of it I probably saw you steal items from target last night. Should we deport you because you probably stole something?

A "mistake" in the approvals and the paperwork is not a "mistake" in his deportation.
It's not like they grabbed the wrong guy, some innocent rando.
This was a guy that they wanted to deport, that needed to be deported.
Painting it as "he was mistakenly deported" is a complete lie.

I got roasted for posting The Atlantic article on this and everyone jumped on Leavitt and JD's claims he is MS-13.
Why did the administration even acknowledge this error?
This is a prime example of where it's difficult to sift through the propaganda.

Do you realize how insane it is that a judge is trying to order the government to go retrieve an illegal alien, currently residing in their home country, and bring them back to the US to roam free?
That judge is a traitor

Quit being you.
He is not a US citizen and not here as an asylum seeker. Judge is going to fail here.

Sounds like something an MS-13 member scared of being in an El-Salvadoran prison would say.

Well, since she “rules” it

Is he here illegally? If so, then yes
It's just insane half the country has been brainwashed to think that we can't deport people who aren't legally allowed to be here

They dont separate the inmates at CECOT by gang affiliation
Ol baw is in for it

Should deport because, to begin with, he came to this country illegally.
I did not.
So crime #1 was committed no matter how many blinders you choose to put on.
Try again! Or, actually, don't!

Stephen Miller has a serious personality disorder and is incapable of speaking truthfully about such matters.
They’ve produced no evidence that he is MS 13 and haven’t really established he’s illegal-
