It's true in any sense.

You may not realize that the judiciary is as corrupt and politicized as any other man-made institution, so you're always going to be mystified by these conversations and unable to see what the problem is.

I don't expect that to change.

This is just foolish. According to your view here we could be forced to put hardcore porn in an elementary school library if someone sues on First Amendment grounds.

Can someone explain why this horrible human isn't in jail for contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile?

Actually, that is exactly the OPPOSITE of what I said, my marginally-literate friend.

Correct, you just have to sprinkle it with Political Pixie Dust first.

Probably the most corrupt.

I loathe our CJ system.

So, to clarify, the Democrats message to the people is now:

1) Bring back narco-terrorists to the United States
2) Stop exposing fraud and corruption in our government
3) Stop uncovering massive government inefficiency and waste
4) Open the borders back up
5) Expose children to pornography

Are y'all going to put this on a shirt or just a clever chant espousing these ideals you worship? Decatur?

No, I took it to read that it would have to go under legal review first, depending on who filed it and how.

For the pro-groomer judge, this is step one of trying to get it back in. Fortunately for sane people, this is not the be all end all legally.

Again ignore the judge. It's time we just start ignoring them. I don't like it. But it's clear that the Democrats have decided to break the government so we're just going to have to break it with them

It's sad, democrats have already destroyed institutional trust with a decade of fake news, now they're speedrunning the destruction of the judicial branch.

It's rejected out of indecency, profanity, and pornography being exposed to minors. Not because the books are pro democrat. What a poor comprehension of the issues... typical.

1. Children's erotica in school libraries

2. Drag queen story hour

3. Sexually mutilating young boys

4. Begging TdA to rape their daughters

Democrats are pedophiles, full stop.

We would need to review each individual book to determine whether each contains "indecency, profanity and pornography," would we not?

That is why I kept my comment very general and hypothetical.

On the other hand, the school board is clearly abridging speech. This sort of case involves a balancing of those two, competing interests.

One would have trouble believing that, given your reaction to my having agreed with you that this preliminary injunction should not have been granted.
