Just the proposal of a resolution is an official act and that proposal did not happen in a public meeting. At which meeting was the resolution proposed? At which meeting were those first signatures applied?

Any meeting by the commission which is not public and which an official act or event happens is a violation of the public meetings law.

It sounds like there was no resolution before the public meeting. Calling a document a 'resolution' doesn't establish that it became an official resolution under the Commission's governing procedures. The Commission's decision to later ratify the document in a properly noticed public meeting suggests they did not regard the earlier signed document as sufficient to constitute official action.

Link? I did have panic attacks after my daughter was born and was prescribed a medication to address them. She's 7 now. This is such a weird thing to bring up. You want my post-partum medical history?
