Hey judge,

Now now. Let’s drop some FEMA trailers on his street and let them in.

He has exceeded his authority in my opinion

This shite is out of control. Judges do not have this power
They shouldn’t but since so much of the law is based on previous cases, until the USSC steps in and puts a firm end to it things will continue.

If we are having a constitutional crisis, it is being generated by the judicial branch.

Check his and his family’s bank accounts. Dems want low socioeconomic status people “running” certain elements of our society so they can buy them off and be their pawn.

I'm just glad everyone can see what a hoax 'lawfare' really is lol

It really boils down to the question of, are we going to save the Republic or not?

Under what legal authority is the judge’s order based?

A point of clarification with @DOGEai's comment here:
These aren't unvetted refugees. They are refugees in the system prior to January 20, 2025 who have already begun the vetting process and the process of relocating.
The government/Trump admin is arguing that only 160 of those refugees, those with a definitive travel date, should be allowed in the country.
That said, it is the President's authority and decision as to who is ultimately allowed into this country.

So this judge will enforce this how? Can't wait to see.
He and the Dems providing him direction know he can't enforce this, they want Trump to ignore for propaganda.....
I believe all this frickery from these judges is being coordinated, seems the FBI could investigate and figure out where this coordination is originating. Hopefully they are.

's a race against time. Biden was admitting millions of future voters by granting them "refuge" status.
Biden’s handlers also deftly skipped booking the future voters into ICE detention which avoided faster processing and removal actions

Drop all 12,000 of those Neanderthals off on this judge's lawn.

Each person needs an individual hearing and their individual full due process to be presented in his courtroom.
Facts for each need to be investigated for truthfulness and vetted on condition of honesty.
After their hearing their compliance to our rules should be reviewed once a month in his courtroom for the 1st 3 years then maybe every 3 months after.
That sounds like a good use of due process

Exactly. And John Roberts and Robert Conrad are doing nothing to correct the courts
The nation is very close to facing a true constitutional crisis.
If the USSC doesn’t act Trump eventually is going to lose patience and ignore them at which point we are off to the races.
