F*ck that judge. Foreign subversion is why we have immigration laws in the first place.
Remember this the next time Leftists howl about “foreign influence!!!” They love foreign influence as long as it matches their agenda.

Why is she still with a terrorist?

No we should arrest anyone that has broke the law. Feelings being hurt are irrelevant.

If she did not break a law then she is good. Is she not here legally? If she is not then she would be…gasp…be illegally.

What law did the person being shuffled across the country to evade courts break?
Neither he nor his wife are here illegally.

This shite's gonna be interesting to watch.
I don't claim to know jackshit about the law, but what I'm gathering is that deporting this guy isn't as cut and dry as this board wants to believe.
Here's an interesting little Q&A about immigration law and the rights of people set to be deported.
LINK
Here's a passage that directly applies to this guy....
What Are the Eligibility Requirements for Cancellation of Removal?
In order for non-permanent residents to be eligible for Cancellation of Removal, they must show that they:
Have been continuously physically present in the U.S. for 10, or more, years (providing documentation like receipts for rent, pay stubs, and credit card statements can help).
Have shown good moral character throughout the 10-year period of being in the United States (providing documents like affidavits from witnesses who can testify about their good character is beneficial. This may include an employer).
Haven’t committed certain criminal offenses detailed in the INA.
Would experience and cause an extreme hardship for their lawful permanent resident or U.S. citizen spouse, child, or parent if they were to be removed from the country.
What I can’t find out right now is how long he's been in the country and how much that will actually matter.

I am. If you are a guest here, you should be quiet. If you don't like it, go home. You don't have the right to move here and then try to change it if you're not a citizen.
Protesting the government is a right for citizens. We don't have a home country to flee to if we don't like it here. The people who can easily leave can't be allowed to blow up our social fabric, only people with actual skin in the game.

Green card holders are resident aliens, not citizens. Under 8 USC 1227, they are deportable for endorsing terrorist activity, persuading others to endorse terrorist activity, or support for a terrorist organization. The US government recognizes Hamas as a foreign terrorist organization.
This grad student is an *active* supporter of Hamas.

That judge doesn't have the right to stop deportation unless he was a US citizen which he's not.

"He stood on a college campus and yelled his support for Hamas? Did he offer them material support to bring anything into a criminal context?"
He (they) did much more than just shout their support. They opening threatened, abused, and attacked Jewish students, and pro-Jewish supporters, impeding their movements and challenging their existence. This in itself is a crime per the Riot Act from the late 1960's. Freedom of speech is not the same as freedom of your actions. If there is documentation of wrongdoing here, which if you believe the news reports, there is, then these bums need to be thrown out of the country or prosecuted for their actions. You have a right to speak freely, but you do not have the right to threaten, harass, disrupt or bully others in your pursuit.

Any person who demonstrates against Trump or the U.S. should be kicked out of the country immediately, even if they are a citizen.

How do you know?
I've been following this and I have yet to see one single thing that indicates he's an "active" supporter of Hamas. Anti-Israel? Yes. Pro-Palestinian? Yes. Pro Hamas? Nothing.
If you have a link, post it. It can be an obscure or even disreputable link, it doesn't matter. I would just like to read more about this guy and his alleged abuses. Because right now, this doesn't look like anything more than one of Trump's light and sound shows.
