Kennedy knows it won't pass. Reps don't have the votes as the usual RINOs shut it down. Listened to Bannon talk to Tubberville and he said as much.
If they can't validate the vote in the Midterms Trump should light it up. For real this time. 80% of America wants to get honest and avoid a street fight. The Dems are like the Mullahs; had they been patient and dropped that nuke crap they own Europe in a decade. Same with Saddam.
Most delusional people are antsy and impatient. Gotta give the CCP due respect. They play the long game. Probably that "The Art of War" book.
