He has to have his reasons. And I don’t think it’s because he doesn’t think he can win.
I’ve said it on here a few times but I’ve got some pretty good friends in MI that were McCain/Obama/Bernie voters and they have all stated that James has to do this without Trump. That Trump won’t give him the bump he needs where he needs it at.
You know damn well if Trump thought him being there would help James across the finish line he would have been there.

John James is a classmate I graduated with at West Point. He was a good dude, very outgoing and type A back then. Very good to see him doing so well, proud of him.

He appears to be one that is everything a sane and strong country would elect to any office he sees fit. Unfortunately, much of the country is mentally ill.
If he had a (D) beside his name he would be the biggest media darling since BO.
But since it’s an ‘R’ most of the country hasn’t heard a peep about him.
Glad he is on the side of good instead of evil though. May he be victorious tomorrow
