That’s too bad, … and his is a sad story.

Nevertheless, we are a society of laws …. and I want the law enforced, especially with respect to US sovereignty.

As Tom Homan is constantly reiterating, if Democrat run sanctuary cities and states would cooperate and allow them access to city and state jails, they wouldn’t have to go out into the communities.

This is happening in this manner because of the policies of Democrats, period. Too bad Rogan didn’t take the time to do a little research.

I like Joe. All the way back to Newsradio. He's wrong about things. It happens.

Well, well, well....apparently Joe Rogan does not walk on water. I call bullshite on his assessment. Trump still would have won against the evil, shite-for-brains Democrats!

Rogan is usually a pretty good barometer of current climate. Ignore at your own peril

I might put it in the back of my mind for future reference, but I’ll ignore any inclination to restrict immigration enforcement. In some matters, you do the right thing regardless of what public opinion might be. Furthermore, if folks’ knees are buckling because we’re rounding up and exporting illegals, we deserve to perish as a nation.

Never understood how Rogan gets the respect he does. Who cares what he thinks, he’s just another know it all celebrity.

The problem with fame is that you think your following is representative on society as a whole.

Not many of them can separate their careers from real life. He struggles mightily with it, and usually makes feable attempts at humbling himself.

When you have the #1 podcast you fall into the trap of thinking your opinion matters more than the normal persons. NO matter how hard you try you always talk down to everyone you meet and communicate with.

He's a likeable guy; it's a big reason for his success. He's polite to his guests and can apparently find anything interesting, or at least fake it enough to put on a show.

But that doesn't mean he's intelligent or should be looked to for policy decisions.

I watched an episode of Meateater (hunting) with Hoe on it. That guy is the biggest roided up puss.

If this is his take on Trump and ICE, it is laughable.

Because criminals and gang members here illegally aren't also at Home Depot? LINK

quote:

In 2019, after dropping his wife off at work and his children off at school, Abrego Garcia was picked up by local police as he was attempting to find work in a Home Depot parking lot in Hyattsville, Maryland, according to his immigration court testimony.

Also, people here illegally are criminals.

It’s a reasonable take from Rogan. I’m not sure why some get such a hard on to deport working people. I hope we secure the borders, throw out the criminals, and leave everyone else alone. It’s best for the country and most people know it

this thread is taking Rogan out of context. he speaks about coming here illegally then they go on about it being like sneaking into a movie without paying.

then on how crazy it is that the entire issue is companies wanting cheap labor.

How is it best for the country? You bypass our laws and become an invasive parasite on our economy. In the sense that you undercut income levels, strain social programs, increase competition for jobs for legal citizens, etc.. The only "good" it does is provide cheaper labor. I get our economy has become accustomed to it and changing it may cause problems for some industries, but it doesn't make it right from the start.

There was a quote Jay Oakerson made that was spot on. "It's like if I sneak into a movie without a ticket with my kids, then they come and find me halfway through the movie to kick me out. If I complain that I've already been here for half the movie and my kids are here, does it make it right that I basically stole a seat in this movie?"
