wanna bet? I am an employer (unvaxxed at present [waiting on Novavax]) and I won't require it of my employees.

there has to be a statutory basis/legislative grant of authority for any such rule to be made.

DOL can do as they wish. The enforcement of it is unconstitutional.
This is not a law. It was not legislated by the house and senate. It is simply an executive order, nothing more.
If they wish for vaccine mandates, have it make the legislative agenda. It’s so unpopular there would be a super majority of republicans in both houses.
We have way too much power at the executive level. Every time the president does something Congress should look at it and ask the simple question “Did the people that voted us into office want this? If so, why have we not made it law? Why is the office of the executive creating laws?”

If this comes down from Biden's desk, there will be a mad rush to the courts to get multi state injunctions filed to stop the immediate enforcement of this EO. And what will the penalty be for lack of compliance.....termination? And an individual fired from the job can not file for unemployment benefits.

remember like 4 months ago when pelosi said they couldn't force people to do this? I 'member. laws protecting the people are dangerous and outdated. the govt can just sidestep those until they are removed.
