Not sure why anyone would disagree.

What if they identify as an illegal, can they be let go and given a credit card?

What is “violence?” is the question though.
And what is the proof of that “violence?”

They’ve already been in jail for 4 fricking years.
How much longer should they spend in jail even if they “committed violence” (which I haven’t seen evidence of)?

So we’re going to have a lot of feds in prison?

Was there ever discussion of letting violent offenders go?
Pretty sure we're just outraged over the actual innocent people railroaded by a Democratic DOJ.

BS, nothing that day other than the murder by a fed was as bad as a ton of shite that occured in the riots of 2020, and so until they go after some of those mofos, pardon every damn one on day one! They've suffered enough and then some.

Nothing controversial there at all.

It will be interesting how the term violence is defined. Would putting your hand out to block baton strikes on you and a woman on the ground, and in so doing, taking the baton out of the hand of the police officer be considered violence. I know a young man that is in jail for that crime of defending himself on January 6. He was sentenced to years in prison for what was defined as attacking the officer. Even the police officer said he was not personally harmed or struck by the baton during the trial . It will be interesting to see if he will be left to rot.

Exactly. Some of these "assault" convictions are based on very minimal contact. Those people should be pardoned. If there are cases of real violence, the sentence needs to be scrutinized.

So will the cop murderer serve his sentence? How about the other woman cop who beat the woman to death?

Who said it wouldn't be any other way?

There doesn't have to be contact for an assault charge - that's battery.
But I suspect you're on the right track, trespass vs assault/battery charges.

Does that include the FBI agitators, moles/ops?
